» Multimedia and network applications:
Multimedia processing techniques, voice compression, internet technologies, digital communications, communication systems, network security, and wireless communication.
» R&D of computerized information systems:
With the support of related industries, students improve their practical experience by addressing real problems in their graduating projects.
» On-job programs:
Aside from the Ministry of Education’s policy to provide continuing education, they also help the department to adapt its curriculum and research toward the needs of the industry.
» Inter-disciplinary training:
Various technical fields are integrated through collaboration projects that involve software engineering, high-speed networks, VLSI design technology and hardware systems. Students are trained to solve problems and create innovative designs by thinking across the disciplines.
